One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bet7000 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different one, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bet7000 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation. Currency and Exchange

General Bonus Conditions

In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, the entire account balance — including deposited real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently excluded from the platform.

Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting, which is specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bet7000 in any of the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the event result is overturned by the relevant sporting authority after settlement; the bet was placed on an incorrect market due to a data feed error; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00, returning the full stake to the player's account.

Live Betting (In-Play)

Live in-play betting markets are updated in real time based on data feeds from our sports data providers. Occasionally, live odds may be temporarily suspended during critical match moments (wickets, goals, video reviews). Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. bet7000 is not liable for any delay between events occurring on the field of play and their reflection in the live betting interface.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a different one.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet7000 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by bet7000.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bet7000 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation; report the matter to relevant financial crime or law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies where applicable.

Account Suspension & Closure

bet7000 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to the reasons set out in these Terms & Conditions. Similarly, players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the bet7000 support team.

Suspension by bet7000

Account suspension may be applied temporarily (pending investigation) or permanently. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals. bet7000 will endeavour to notify the player of the reason for suspension, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or contravene applicable regulations.

Closure by the Player

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, provided that all KYC and AML requirements have been satisfied. Where closure is voluntary or initiated by bet7000 without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe after all applicable checks are completed.
